GUEST VISIT OR MEMBERSHIP?
At Kincumber Gym we welcome everyone – You don’t have to be a member to use the gym. You can either pay per visit, or choose one of our economical Gym Memberships. You can have a Gym Membership for one month, or commit for a longer term – the choice is yours! Gym Memberships allow you unlimited access to the gym and group classes. We also give you a complimentary induction, personalised program and work-out with one of our trainers, and you can have your program reviewed every 6-8 weeks.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
We have a wide variety of Group Fitness Classes, ranging from low impact, high-impact, 30 minutes and 1 hour classes. There is a class to suit everyone!
Personal Training gives you one of the best chances to achieve your fitness goals. Whether you have a specific fitness goal you want to achieve, or just need some help with motivation.
Classes vary from strength on Monday and Wednesday, to cardio on Wednesday and Friday, but the fun stays the same.
KIDS, TEENS & CRÈCHE
We have a range of activities for kids to use the gym from the ages of 9 – 17 years, and a crèche to look after your little ones while you work out.
Kincumber Gym has a fully equipped weights training area with the latest range of free weights, cable machines, plate loaded Hammer Strength and Life Fitness pin-loaded machines, ideal for a full body workout to increase lean muscle and lose body fat. A great variety of equipment is available for you to improve your cardio fitness, including treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes and rowers. We have two separate Group Fitness Rooms to bring you an exciting range of group fitness classes, and our wonderful crèche staff are available to look after your kids while you work out.
We also have an extensive Outdoor Training program, with Metabolic Group Training, Kids Boot Camp, Outdoor Yoga and Fit Fridays
